on either the word file or zipped version and save in the appropriate
sub-directory. Remember to change the file name - to reflect the project
title, number (for PP), type of application (PP or EOI - if revised then RPP or
REOI), your institution and
date (e.g. Peanuts 1064 NARI Chem PP Nov 04).
Guidelines developed for
applicants are downloadable
here - or

can be read on this web site.

Expressions of interest- Download
word file
here (Dec 05 version).
This is your starting point. Project staff are happy to assist with
developing your project.
|
 |
The
full project proposal can be downloaded here as
word file
(October 05 version). Also download an
excel file which helps applicants develop their proposals-budgets
and provides details of activities, costs and partner involvement.
|
 |
A
project agreement is drawn up by project staff after Advisory Committee
approval. This outlines for the project all roles and responsibilities
(for each partner), activities schedule, payment schedule and means of
verifying (eg. reports, inspection, photo, survey report, extension
bulletins, proofs, receipts).
|
 |
A
reporting process has been developed (achievement
report). Reports are required, as specified in the grant
agreement; against project outcomes and their related activities. |
 |
Evaluation - for each project
an impact assessment plan (IAP) will be
needed. David Young provided training of staff involved in AIGF from
each institution during April 05. Note that impact assessment is a
joint activity between the implementing Institution and AIGF.
